Inadequate emotional management is a common phenomenon. Most people are the victims of their own emotions in life, and I was one of them. In college, I began studying how to overcome my emotions. Because of the pressures faced, I received various trainings and scientific research on how the brain works, emotional expression, potential talent development, etc. For five consecutive years, I was exposed to various ways to learn emotional competence, including self-awareness, centering, quietness,meditation of various sorts, etc. I found that Emotional Mastery by Tom Stone (The Coach of the Father of the World Coaching) is the best approach among many to promptly resolve emotional interferences. More importantly, I found that while my emotional problem was being solved, my intuitive precision was also quickly being raised.
